Head to Market Walk for big names like M&S Food, Sports Direct, USC and Booths just across the Flat Iron car park. Venture further into town for a great variety of independent retailers selling clothing, homeware, gifts and much more!

Dating back to 1498, Chorley's famous markets in the heart of the town centre are still thriving and developing today. You'll find a wonderful array of traders in the covered market, who are joined on Tuesdays by many more street traders who line the roads around town, adding to the friendly hustle and bustle of the town centre and offering a wide selection of stalls and products, making it the most popular day for coach trips.

Opened originally as the town's first electric cinema in 1910, you can catch a play, musical, stand-up show or NT Live cinema screening at Chorley Theatre, a local gem of a venue for the lover of live performance. For the latest blockbusters REEL cinema is your destination, or if you're up for a bit of friendly competition, head over to Escape Entertainment Venue for a round of adventure golf or ten pin bowling!
