Quiltfest North Exhibition
The aim of Quiltfest’s latest exhibition is to provide an exciting and stimulating event for quilters and the general public alike.
One of the exhibitions on display is a challenge, set by Region 13, and open to Quilters’ Guild members; this year’s challenge is “Predominantly Blue” (as a nod to the Sapphire anniversary of the Guild) with members asked to produce a piece 12 inches square. We have had more than 40 entries.
The other exhibition sections are by invitation and include work by regional quilters Dilys Fronks and Kathy Unwin, plus a selection of quilts from the European Quilt Association (https://www.e-q-a.eu/) challenge “Imagine a Bird”.
Dates and times open to the public:
Wednesdays – Sundays, 2nd to 20th October
10am to 3pm
