A new exhibition exploring the restoration of Astley Hall's west wing
Ever since the 1500s, Astley Hall has been cared for, restored, and renovated, as the family who once lived there upgraded their home. Since being in public ownership, the efforts continue.
This year, we embark on a new journey, the West Wing restoration project funded by Chorley Council, The Wolfson Foundation and The Friends of Astley Hall.
We hope you’ll enjoy reflecting on the hall, collection and some of the work that has gone into preserving this beautiful building and collection for all to enjoy, both now and in the future.
