Chorley Theatre

Chorley Theatre has been entertaining the town since 1910, making it one of the oldest purpose-built cinemas in the world still operating. Since 1960 it has been run by volunteers from Chorley Amateur Dramatic & Operatic Society (CADOS) who provide a year-round programme of plays, pantos, and musicals. They also show the latest films and well-loved classics, event cinema from the likes of the National Theatre and host the best of touring comedy from across the UK with appearances from TV regulars!

The Coach House Gallery is a dedicated arts space at Astley Hall which exhibits work by local, regional, national, and international artists. The gallery regularly invites touring exhibitions as well as community art projects to exhibit their work as well as offering opportunities for exciting emerging artists.

Hepplestone Fine Art

Based at Heskin Hall Shopping Centre, Hepplestone Fine Art Gallery has grown to become one of the UK's leading retail art galleries, twice winning the title of 'Retail Art Gallery of the Year' from the Fine Art Trade Guild. The gallery now specialises in original paintings by artists from what has become known as the Northern School. The gallery also champions contemporary UK and international artists.
